BlackBerry named one of Thomson Reuters Top 100 Global Innovators

Thomson Reuters has placed BlackBerry on its list of 2015 Top Global Innovators. The list awards companies for economic growth and success, with the companies on this list seen by Reuters as innovators in various fields.

From BlackBerry:

According to the report, The 2015 Top Global Innovators:

  • Generated more than 429 trillion (in local currency) in revenue, and
  • Invested more than 20 trillion (local currency) in R&D in 2014.

BlackBerry had previously made the list in 2013 and 2014. It is joined on the list by companies like, Apple, Google (now Alphabet), Microsoft, and Amazon.
