I wish they would bring back email reconciliation with outlook personal folders...

I'm gonna wait on this one and see how it does.
The wounds caused by 7.0 B44 are still fresh. Namely the "preparing sync preview" issue.

Just installed and tested Syncing with both Playbook (obviously media only) and Torch 9810 (PIM and media). Playbook is running 2.0.1 and Torch is running 7.1. So far PIM and media syncing working flawlessly.
Interestingly, Desktop Manager 7.0 no longer uses Intellisync. Probably a good thing as I was always having sync issues before.
In case you were wondering, you still cannot sync Outlook data to Playbook. If I had to guess, migrating away from Intellisync probably was a move toward compatability with Playbook. Here's to hoping two-way sync for Playbook with Outlook is coming sometime soon.
Forgot to mention, PC is running Windows 7 32-bit.

Will this version finally connect with my OS5 BB9700?
clieman May 30, 2012 at 4:18 am
No go with OS6 9700.
Stuck with contact sync with the last 4 contacts even if I have deleted all my contacts in the 9700 and force Outlook to overwrite device. As well as make the 9700 non-responsive.
OS6'er better stay away.

I see by the change list they have STILL NOT 'fixed' the lack of sync for contacts and calendar with native Playbook Calendar & Contacts. Disappointed to say the least.

Ditto...and will never understand this one...
