nice to see the support for mac..
i just downloaded and installed it and it looks a little different
it seems like the font has changed a little when it shows the name of the phone or tablet.
The placement of the phone has also changed a little as well.

I just downloaded the new version today and am experiencing problems with completing a backup. I will get this error message, "Blackberry Desktop Software failed to backup your Blackberry device. Reconnect your device and try again." I did not experience this problem with the last version. I uninstalled and re-installed 4x to no avail. I own a 9810. Has anyone experienced this and if so, is there a remedy? Thanks.

Finally PlayBook and Mac compatibility, now you can sync your media with ease without having to just copy, excellent stuff!! I tried it and it works, i've got all my playlists in proper order now. Sync is extremely slow with the PB though, what can be done about that?

If you're syncing songs from iTunes, it should be the same speed as if you were copying them over manually. Maybe test it out for yourself to confirm.
