Since April, BlackBerry fans looking to get their hands on a BlackBerry Classic have had a November timeframe of release to look toward based on comments from BlackBerry CEO John Chen, but it seems somewhere along the line, that launch window changed a bit and we'll have to wait a bit longer.
When John Chen spoke at the MIT Enterprise Forum in Hong Kong, the video captured from that event appears to of have been missing some of the conversation as new footage uploaded by MIT Enterprise Forum themselves shows. Around the 1:05:54 mark, John Chen notes BES12 will be launched on November 13th but then mentions the BlackBerry Classic as coming one month later.
At this point, I'm not entirely too sure the one-month change will make much of a difference considering how long folks have been waiting already, but it's an interesting change that is slightly unexpected. I'm also wondering what that means for a BlackBerry 10.3.1 release for all in-market BlackBerry 10 devices as well. Anyone really bummed out they might have to wait another month for the Classic?
