BlackBerry Bold 9790 available from Telus December 2nd

BlackBerry Bold 9790 Telus

We've heard bits and pieces of the BlackBerry Bold 9790 landing on plenty of Canadian carriers, and it looks like December 2nd may be launch day. According to this internal Telus doc, the Bold 9790 will be available starting this Friday. It's likely that the device will pop up on Rogers, Bell and Virgin Mobile Canada right around the same time as well. The Bold 9790 is sporting a 1GHz processor, 5MP camera, Full QWERTY keyboard and touchscreen. Will you be picking up a Bold 9790? Let us know in the comments!

really? i truly believe you're missing out on a non touchscreen blackberry. the os becomes so much faster and much easier to navigate using the touchscreen. you should give this phone a chance. honestly there's nothing like a touchsceen blackberry. it's the equivalent of an audi a4 vs an audi rs4. looks similar outside, but nothing is the same inside. :)

I have a 9700 running OS6, and am thinking of downgrading back to OS5, way more stable with this device, and no memory leaks. Plus with my playbook now I don't need quite as advance phone. Shoot I'm buying out right next time, I'm tired of stupid contracts.

I wonder if they will have a CDMA counterpart to this phone? This would be better suited than the curve that Sprint has.

Woooohoooo!!!!! This is awesome and just what I suspected. Now I'm conflicted....pay the early buy out of current contract and get this now, or wait until the new BBX berry comes out next year and use my buyout option then? Plus I really want a white one as I love the look of my white 9780. Awww man,,,,,what to do, what to do....
