Sure looks that way. Up until now, we were given two dates for the BlackBerry Bold 9780 to launch on Bell. October 21st and November 2nd. Neither of which has rang true now. New information suggests that the release has been delayed with no actual reasoning for the delay available. In any event, we're still waiting for a Canadian carrier to make the device available and if Bell delayed it, does that mean Rogers might roll it out first?
