Bold 9780 Australia

Making an appearance on Vodafone Australia's Web site and available today from service provider Optus as well, the BlackBerry Bold 9780 can now be had down under on plans starting at a monthly fee of $60 - Australian. Crazy John's also intends to sell the BlackBerry Bold 9780, but currently displays a "Coming Soon" notice on its Web site. And it'll be available in both black and white; no worries you WhiteBerry people!

A sleek design combined with high performance communications, multimedia and Web browsing capabilities are soon in the hands of Australians, who unfortunately can not avoid the highly addictive nature of BlackBerry smartphones. But, to clear any confusion, the BlackBerry Bold 9780 comes preloaded with BlackBerry 6 software, twice the memory than its predecessor and an excellent camera to round out the package - a distinct upgrade that hopefully will keep the people of down under busy for a while. So, any CrackBerry readers from Australia getting their hands on the new Bold? Sound off in the comments!

It comes to Telstra, because Optus is so-so and Vodaphone sucks.
But I just got told Telstra gets the Torch start of next month(Jan) so I might just get that.
