Sigh. I hate the trackball -- always got stuck. Therefore I really want to get the 9700. However it's quite expensive to get one since my AT&T contract still has one year left - I got the Bold one year ago...

Should I get the 9700 or just wait until this time next year for the touchscreen/full keyboard hybrid Magnum???

Lost...

...for Canadians! Ha ha!

It's still officially a rumour, but calling Rogers CSRs and cleverly wording my questions inadvertently made them admit that they'd be releasing it to Canadians on Oct 26.

However, I'm personally (and tearfully) holding out on buying until WIND mobile launches. Forget contracts!

Anyone know when the 9700 will be available in the U.S.? Specifically, when will AT&T release it?

Trust me, if anyone did it would be front page news on Crackberry, BGR, and other technology blogs covering Blackberries. Best guess is early November.
