Please help me figure out how to unlock my bb9700 SIM. It says that my account is suspended or deactivated but I'm able to use some features and app's. I purchased this device brand new and was once on my own single plan but am currently on a family plan with it a changed phone number, if that makes any difference. Any info towards assisting me would be greatly apprieciated and haven't seen much real info looking through your forams so far. Thanks
