Although the BlackBerry Security Incident Response Team has yet to post the details for the February Android update, it does appear as though the rollout has begun for quite a few folks. As per normal, it has started with Priv owners and will expand out from there. Once downloaded and installed, you should see your security patch level set as 'February 5, 2017'.
It generally takes a few days for all devices to start seeing the update plus, devices purchased from other retailers and carriers are dependent upon their own schedules for release. With that in mind, you can check to see if you have any updates available but keep in mind, it won't be yet available for everyone. It does still all seem rather random right now but it's certainly slowly making its way out.
