GT BlackJack Online

GT Blackjack Online

If you enjoy sitting down at the tables to play a hand or two of Blackjack, GT Blackjack online is a must have. It's an online multiplayer blackjack game. Each table uses a virtual 8-deck shoe. You can play with other players from all over the globe, once you login to your account. Registering your account is free and easy, and right off the bat you're given 2000 free chips. Each morning normal users are topped up with 1000 free chips if their balance is below 1000.

Tilt n Jump Lite

Tilt n Jump

For the Storm series only, Tilt n Jump Lite forces you to, well, tilt and jump! Control your 'ice cream man' and lead him to the top by tilting your Storm left and right. Jump on springs for a boost, or use the rocket to shoot your way to the top real quick. Enemies can be jumped on to eliminate them, and beware of bricks that may move or even explode.

Pick up Tilt n Jump Lite in our store for free >

If you like it, you can purchase the full version for $4.99 >

Gem Jam Lite

Gem Jam Lite

Gem Jam Lite may look familiar to some. If you've ever played Bejeweled before, you may notice the similarities! Swap adjacent gems to create a match of three or more. All matching gems will disappear from the game board, and new ones will appear in their place. If you clear multiple sets with one move, extra points are scored. As you progress through each level, you'll notice the bar at the bottom of the screen filling up... Fill the bar to the end of the screen and you'll progress to the next level!

Important note: This one is compatible with the Storm series only, running a minimum of OS 4.7.

Check out Gem Jam Lite in our store >

Note: The full version is available for $2.99.

The classic pencil and paper game of Dots has made its way to the Storm series, thanks to the good folks at Tafasa. If you've never played the game before, here's how it works. You start with an empty grid of dots. Players take turns adding single horizontal or vertical lines between two unjoined dots. Any time a player closes the fourth side of a box, one point is scored for that player, PLUS the player gets to take another turn! Pretty simple, but fun for sure. The game ends when no more lines can be drawn. Play the game against the computer AI, or against a friend... or heck, just play by yourself if you're really bored :P

New This Week

If you enjoy a good wordsearch, you may want to pick up the new WordSearch app from Tafasa. WordSearch features an infinite amount of puzzles, a library of over 2700 words, 4 different puzzle sizes and much more. Two versions of this one are available, one for the Storm series, and another for all other Berry devices running at least OS 4.6. Who needs a pen and paper anymore!? Try WordSearch for word finding fun, no matter where you are!

Pick up Wordsearch for $0.99 until March 14th >

Twilight New Moon

Twilight New Moon

I'm so out of the loop. By the time the Twilight New Moon movie came out, I still hadn't heard of the darn thing.... and to tell you the truth, I still don't know a darn thing about it, and that's fine with me. That said, if you know who Bella, Edward or Jacob are, you may want to give the Twilight game a look. This one is for all intents and purposes a trivia game in which you compete for the highest score by answering hundreds of questions. Test your New Moon knowledge, I guarantee you'll do better than I will!

Pick up Twilight New Moon from App World >

Missile Storm

Missile Storm

In this arcade classic from GrayMatter Software, it's up to you to defend your cities from destruction by incoming missiles. Inside you'll find three difficulty levels. Progress through them as you get better and better at defending your cities! Can you survive the waves of attack to save your cities and your people? Try it and find out for yourself!

Get Missile Storm for $2.99 >

The Rise of Atlantis

The Rise of Atlantis

In this tile-swapping puzzler from SkyZone Entertainment, explore Atlantis and the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World using detailed and animated maps to help you solve each puzzle. Compatible with all current Berry models including the new Storm2, The Rise of Atlantis should be on your radar if you enjoy a solid puzzle game every now and then.

More about The Rise of Atlantis in App World >

Another one from Tafasa, Memory is exactly what you'd expect it to be... a memory game! Test your wits in this card matching classic. Clear the board by flipping pairs of cards, eliminating them as you find the matches. Try to clear each level in as few moves as possible for high scores. In the game you can choose between 4 different card types, namely numbers, letters, symbols and colors. The game will also save your high score and fastest time. Two versions of this one are available, one for the Storm series, and another for all other Berry devices running a minimum of OS 4.6.

Memory is on sale for $0.99 until March 14 >

Cool at BlackBerry App World:

Sid Meier's Civilization IV: War of Two Cities

Civilization IV: War of Two Cities

Last week I mentioned a Sid Meier classic, Pirates! (I love that game). Staying on the Sid Meier tip, there's another title out there that will appeal to many that dig the Civilization series. Of course, I'm talking about Civilization IV: War of Two Cities. In it, you defend your city from attacks by a neighboring (and enemy) city. They'll do anything to destroy you, so it's all up to you to defend, retaliate and take the battle to them. The gameplay is a little different than you'd expect due to the limitations of such a small screen, but that said, gameplay is simple and enjoyable.

If you like it, the full version is available for $2.99 right here >

Note: A 'Lite' version of Civ IV is also available in App World >

Until Next Week..

BlackBerry App Roundup for March 12th, 2010; Contest: 50 Copies of Addictive Tower Defense to be Won!

It will take me 13 minutes to become addicted to "Addictive Tower Defense." The first eight minutes will be spent reading the instructions, then three minute will be wasted by ignoring the instructions I just read, then two minutes to addiction!!!

probably after a couple of rounds if its interesting. everyone says it would like to try it myself.

I know that as soon as I open the game up, I will be addicted to it. It's in the title for a reason!

I'll probably get addicted after a few minutes of playing it :)

Too bad that Twilight game costs $6.99. I was going to show it to my gf, she has it on her iPod and hers was free! Oh well, hope I win a copy of the game :)

Every other Tower Defense game I've ever played was incredibly addicting, and they didn't even CLAIM to be addicting..

I'll be hooked at first play.

Castle defense looks like a game I used to play on the pc, I dont remember the name, but it was awesome!!! I would love to get my hands on this!

I'm guessing that it will take me about 2 hours to get addicted and then about 2 weeks to get fired for ignoring my job because of it.

So fast that right now, I just finished my time at the rehab clinic with Dr. Drew, and he feels that with enough support, I might just be able to get off of the "tower defense" wagon. The thing is, I don't want to get off. Addicts never do. Ever.

SOOOOO addicted in a matter of about 3.14 seconds and then eat my strawberry american pie! num num num thats a sack lunch!

It will take a negative amount of time because I'm already addicted. I can't say for how long that is though...

I'm afraid to play, as I'm sure I'll become hopelessly addicted...faster than Corey Haim with an 8-ball.

I remember playing a similar game to this one on the pc a few years ago. And I remember since it was extremely addictive!
It could take me about 3-4 minutes to get hooked.
Count me in!

I got hooked on this when i was testing the Droid out and when I got another version for my storm and beat it in 10 min I've been hoping to try this 1 out.

Judging from the other games that I have, it will be only a matter of moments....sometimes I think that my storm2 has become my gameboy!

How long will it take me to become addicted?
I think the questions is more like how long will it take for you to give me a fix!

I am already addicted to tower defense games... but unfortunately I do not have a tower defense game on my Storm. That is where you come in Crackberry... won't you please let me play tower defense on my Storm for free? Please?

Thank you.

Fingers crossed....although i am alittle afraid of how addicted I will be since with it on my BB since I so love the tower defense games on my PC.

It would take me less then a few minutes to get addicted. I love tower defense games and I could sit and play then for hours at a pc. Imagine the possibilities if I can go mobile with it!. Pick me please!

Just got my first blackberry yesterday afternoon. Coming from an Iphone with tons of games and a huge variety of tower defense games. Came to the crackberry site and whats on the homepage? A chance to win a Tower Defense game!

Sure hope I win!!!

How long will it take you to become addicted to 'Addictive Tower Defense'?
Depends on how good and really addicting it is. But probably during the first level!

It didn't take me l o n g to become addicted to Tower Defense. Just looking at the graphics and the description of the game has me hooked. I'm "JONESIN" for the full blown app!

Think waaayyyyy back to the old one hit wonder "Basketball Jones"....

"TD Jones....I've got a TD Jones....TD ooo ooooohhh....."

Pick me and make these shakes stop!

It took me about 3 minutes to get used to bubble defense 2, but i'm not a fan of the bubbles. I already love tower defense games so you can say i'm already addicted to Addictive Tower Defense :)

How long will it take you to become addicted to 'Addictive Tower Defense'? Having never had the chance to try it I don't know. However I usually have a track record of 5 years for each MMORPG I have played so take that for what it's worth.

I would suspect it will take about 10 minutes to get addicted. It takes about that much time to go hide somewhere.

Already involved in the ATDA (Addictive Tower Defense Anonymous) but I think that if I actually owned the game, I may get less stares at my weekly meetings!

How long will it take you to become addicted to 'Addictive Tower Defense'?

I've been addicted since I saw the post in the forums that it was being made. Then I was satiated when they launched their website. I didn't want to drop 5 bux or so on a game so my addiction festered until now. I'm already addicted, throw me a bone :)

I want it. Like real bad. Like a fat kid wants cake. Like a cat wants a cheezeburger and a walrus needs a buckit.

Don't make me beg, man... no one wants to see a grown man cry.

I will play a game if it takes less than 10 minutes to know how to play, if it is over that and I still doesn't know how to play it I probably never will.

Bought this around a month ago, only takes 3 minutes to get addicted... This game is so addicting that I'm here trying to win the second copy for my girlfriend!

I have not played this game, but, it sounds like my kind of game. I'm thinking that after playing it a few times to get the hang of it...I'll be hooked!

Thanks, CrackBerry!

I thought bubble defense2 was a good game... but after trying the free trial of Addictive Tower Defense, ATD is definately the best tower game out there!!!

I'm already addicted to my Bold so once I load Tower Defense they'll be shipping me off to rehab!

By my calculations, 6 days. 5 days for me to win the contest, 12 hours to receive the notification, 2 hours to download, 5 hours to put in work, take off 3 hours early to play Addictive Tower Defense, 2 to pretend I'm listening to my girlfriend while I play Addictive Tower Defense, and 3 hours to head out for a night before I go home early annoyed that people wouldn't leave me alone to play Addictive Tower Defense, at which point I inevitably arrive at the unfortunate conclusion I truly am addicted to Addictive Tower Defense, and my life will never be the same.

Thanks Team CrackBerry!

I'm already addicted to this kind of games!

I used to have an iPod Touch, and loved Field runners!

Really really hoping to win this one for my beloved 9700!!

How long will it take you to become addicted to 'Addictive Tower Defense'?

I never get addicted to a game.
I can play for hours every day and not get addicted; sometimes for the whole day.

Just because I don't stop playing the game, doesn't mean I’m addicted.

I can quit any time I want to.
I just CHOOSE not to stop playing.

How long will it take you to become addicted to 'Addictive Tower Defense'?
When I find the ranking list in addictive tower defense official web site.

usually the first 10 to 20seconds is enough to get you addicted if the game is REALLYYYY that good.

Q: How long will it take you to become addicted to 'Addictive Tower Defense'?

A: I dunno, if I win I'll most certainly let you know.

no time at all; probably the first time I lost because I'd want to play again and again to beat it.

It'll only take 10 minutes of playing Addictive Tower Defense to get addicted to it! Pick me please!!!!!! Love you CrackBerry!!
