Pomotodo by Pomotodo

Being able to complete your tasks on time is always important. In recent years we have seen the emergence of various techniques to help us accomplish them. One such method that has been around for a bit is the Pomodoro Technique. What it does is train your brain to work in small bursts to improve concentration and reduce being distracted. Previously available for PCs, Android and iOS, they released an Android port into BlackBerry World. This cross-platform application is free to download and allows users to create to-do lists on their device, sync them to the cloud and their computer, track tasks and how long it takes to complete them, and even provides monthly graphs. All of your tasks and plan projects are stored in one place to access anywhere. If you are trying to stay focused and organized and looking for a free time management tool then be sure to give it a try for BlackBerry 10.

Ozba Ball by Tony Abou Zaidan

On the lookout for a good game to pass the time? Ozba Ball is a nice physics game that is similar to Balance on Windows and the Labyrinth board game many of you enjoyed as a kid. Your goal is to tilt your device and navigate the tennis ball through the obstacles without falling off the sides all while grabbing the point cubes along the way. The graphics may be simple, but it is not as easy as it looks. You can download it for free at the link below. It is compatible with all BlackBerry 10 devices.

Tap Titans by Game Hive Corp

Never thought of myself as being one to play a game that consists primarily of tapping on the screen to defeat enemies, collect rewards, or upgrade my gear but I am. In this free game from the Amazon Appstore, your goal is to slay the evil Titans and restore peace and order. You must tap repeatedly to attack and slay, collect gold, hire heroes, and unlock artifacts, skills, weapons, and more. The game itself is quite simple, but it offers great animation and graphics, no skill is required, and can be addicting at times. There are 60 unique monsters to slay, 10 environments to explore, 30 heroes to hire along your journey, and 30 artifacts to give your character special abilities. Tap Titans is free to download.

Wish Pix by Beekoi

In the past, we have seen applications that allow you to place text on your images to create a personalized effect. However, this one is unique and makes inserting text easier. This application takes stock images, sorted in different categories such as anniversary cakes, birthday cakes, and wishes, and allows you to modify the images stored by inserting your text. For instance, if we load a birthday cake image, you could modify the text on the cake with the names of your choosing and then save or share to the person. Quite a novel idea if I must say and all of the images are of high quality. Wish Pix is free to download for all BlackBerry 10 handsets.

Ringtones for BlackBerry 10 by Anna V

Going back to my first cell phone, I would always assign friends and family their own ringtone, either ones I created or ones pre-installed. No matter your preference this extremely simple application grants users access to 148 tones for free to assign to your hearts content to any app or notification you so desire. Please note that the application will redirect you to the website where you can download the tone onto your device or memory card which may or may not have an advertisement to view first.
