Yes, yes I know... don't complain now... But heck, I simply had to let the stink out on this one. There's another 'Fart' app that has been lingering around the store for awhile now, and it's called PhoneyFart. The app comes preloaded with over 20 sound effects including the 'blow, toot, tight, brown and the 'ripper'. Good grief. If you'd like to try before you buy there's also a free 20 minute or 20 fart trial (whichever comes first). The latest version of this app has 'The Fart Alarm' built in which lets you choose lovely noises to wake up to in the morning.

Doodle

A fun one for all of the Storm users out there, Doodle is a finger painting app that is tons of fun. Choose your color, brush size and start doodling. You can take images from within the app, lay them down on the screen and start scribbling on top of them if you like too. A few image effects are also built-in to add a little more flavor. I see a lot of potential in this app for new features and upgrades... So if the developers at Tafasa are reading, drop me a line because I have a few ideas for you :)

BerryWeather is a best seller that looks and works great. Get instant access to current weather conditions... and detailed 7-day and 24-hour forecasts for over 72,000 locations worldwide! With this one you can also get weather advisories and alerts for any location within the US. The app lets you add 10 'favorites' which you can flick between for easy access to current and forecast information for those locations. New BlackBerry Apps

Zodiac

A new puzzle game from Swoosh Software, Zodiac challenges you by making you swap animals on the screen to match three or more in a row. You can create 'cascades' (a la columns or bejeweled) for extra points. It's a fun puzzle game with nice graphics, good sound, and is a good one to have in your 'puzzler' arsenal of apps. All that is required here is OS 4.2 or newer.

The good thing about this one is it apparently supports all Bluetooth enabled mobile devices that your contacts may be using. Tideberry

I live nowhere near the east or west coast, so this app is almost completely useless to me. However, if you are on the coast or like visiting from time to time... Tideberry might actually be an app you could get some use out of, or at least get a kick out of it. Tideberry predicts and displays in real-time, tide data for over 3,000 coastal locations in the US including Alaska and Hawaii. Save up to 10 favorite locations for quick reference. As you can see from the screenshot, the tide graphics are simple and easy to decipher.

Cortado Save the Weekend

This one is actually kind of cool. With Cortado Save the Weekend, any emails you write outside of work hours aren't sent until the next work day! Pretty good stuff! If you need to lay off the Berry a bit and park business for the evening, this app is a great way to ensure you don't get overloaded with new work messages and correspondence. Lots of handy options are built-in to help you make the most of your business and family time. Could be a real handy app to have on board. A premium version is also available.

Voxofon Call Abroad

Need to make a lot of calls overseas? With Voxofon Call Abroad you can save some money on those costly international calling rates. Rates start from 1.3 cents/minute. The app works seamlessly on your Berry, simply dial the call as you normally would, and current rates and options will be displayed before you place the call.

Note: While the app is a FREE download, you will be required to sign up to get 30 call minutes. Free test calls are included in the app, so I figure this one is worth a free 'go' for anyone that might want to save a few dollars on international calling.
