Yet more BlackBerry news this week from the Boy Genius - the BlackBerry Pearl 8130, which has commonly been referred to in the past month of rumors as the Pearl 2, will be coming to Verizon in November 2007. That's right Verizon customers, the Pearl 2 exists, and you will be getting a sweet CDMA BlackBerry before the rest of the GSM-using world (although this isn't "official" and a GSM Pearl 2 still has plenty of time to hit the market sooner). The device looks good though - 2 mega pixel camera with flash, 1xEvDO, stereo bluetooth, and a 3.5mm headset jack. That's all the details for now. More specs are sure to emerge in the weeks ahead. When I watched this video about BB Pearl I got crazy about this phone (http://www.weshow.com/us/p/21756/verizons_blackberry_pearl_8130)
I couldn't wait 'till it's available for pre-order. Now that it finally happened, I already ordered mine and when I get it I'll let you know if all the great functions that we see in this video really work. And you guys who have the phone? Does anybody else have good impressions?
