Did you miss the fateful moment that our beloved CrackBerry Kevin lost a healthy chunk of his golden locks at the BlackBerry 10 launch event today? You're in luck! A video of the event is now available for replay. Skip to 6:40 to see Kevin's bit, or to 20:40-ish to see the big device reveal. It's really pretty dramatic, and quite exciting for those of us that have been along with BlackBerry for this long ride.
That's true and I failed to realize that. Watching news channels and reading social media, "average" folks are impressed with BB10. Way more positive than us who follow tech blogs regularly.
Crackberry has been leaking so much over the past several months, that I think people had a pretty good idea what was coming in the unveiling.
Only part I was disapointed by was they didnt mention the Playbook, but thats ok as RIM has already confirmed Playbook will be getting BB10 in the coming months.

RIM has re invented the smartphone and this can do stuff the iPhone can dream of. The reception has been great, but I think the people who are ''underwhelmed'' and ''unimpressed'' are a minority and have problems.

I think its because we been following all these BB leaked info so closely, if its for a non-bb user it would be amazing as hell.
For some reason it seem like Kevin wasn't expecting a hair cut on live broadcast today lol

Yup, because i was thinking the same to myself.
Everytime they leaked something on crackberry I was really amazed or impress by the new feature.

I think Kevin wasn't prepared for the hair cut, and felt pressured to go through with it as he was put on the spot. I wonder if he's pissed about it.

Were there like only 20 people there? Why does he have to keep asking people to clap??

Hey, I noticed some people had a pin or button of the spark. I can't find it for sale anywhere. Know where to get one??
