Hi,
I downloaded the Metallica video, tranferred it to my Bold and I get a "The media being played is of an unsupported format" Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Pull your battery and try loading the file again..also what BB are you using?
I pulled the battery and am still getting the same issue. I have the Bold 9000 with a 2GB micro sd card.
what size memory card are you using? 8gb's gave me a bunch of problems like this. Bla1ze will help you out though.
If anyone has problem with their memory card of any storage, memory cards and other Blackberry Accessories can be purchased from http://www.fommy.co.uk/blackberry-accessories.htm
