If you're looking to learn more about BES10 and how Secure Work Space works across BlackBerry, Android and iOS then you'll want to set aside some time on July 30th. BlackBerry is hosting a BES10 Secure Work Space webinar that day from 11:00AM to 12:00PM EST.

With BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 Secure Work Space for iOS and Android, the convenience, strength and efficiency of the trusted BlackBerry security model has been made available to iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. BlackBerry delivers comprehensive multiplatform device management for BlackBerry, iOS and Android devices through BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.

Secure Work Space easily and cost effectively extends these capabilities by adding containerization, application-wrapping and secure connectivity for iOS and Android devices. Principal Analyst Brian Bernard continues his discussion about BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 Secure Work Space, moving more deeply into the mechanics of how the product works and how you can manage it. The topics that will be covered include:

  • Current Secure Work Space software releases
  • Understanding the Work Connect application
  • Notifications for various application events
  • Secure Work Space controls and settings
  • Wrapping applications for use in Secure Work Space

The event is clearly targeted for those working with BES10 but anybody can tune in if you're just looking to learn more. You can head on over to the registration page to get yourself signed up and if you can't attend, then hopefully BlackBerry will post a replay for everyone. If they do, we'll let you know.

I want to attend but don't think I'll make it

Loving my Q10 and Z10 and waiting to try out my Z30 when I get home next week

Does anyone else other than me feel like we got hosed by BlackBerry since they shut down their music store? Purchasing music on that clunky 7digital app is a royal pain and I still have not figured out how to get the actual song I purchased onto my device. How does BlackBerry expect new users to enjoy their devices??

Ever thought about posting this in the forums, where that topic is discussed?

This blog post and comments are about a BES10 webinar.

**** All I can do is provide knowledge backed by years of experience, therefore wisdom. You must provide the willingness and desire to learn. Otherwise, I can do no more for you. Class Dismissed (SMDH, end rant)>>

Sorry, we did indeed get an invite but most of the time they come directly to me, this time it went to our IT manager who has already accepted and added me to the calendar event. Thanks for the suggestions everyone!

That's BES10 Cloud Market Preview, Google it and sign up for free, but you do have to be using an email provider that supports Active Sync.

BTW - Not to sound freaky, but I would rather see BlackBerry change that BES10 symbol above to have the circular arrows going in a 'Clockwork' direction to symbolize progress.

Freud would agree(!)

Mr Editor,
"... if you can't attend, then hopefully BlackBerry will post a replay for everyone." Really? Do you actually think that posting a replay will depend on whether "you" can attend? Who is "you"? Woe is me. Duh!

Thanks for posting this Bla1ze, I might have missed it otherwise!

Registration page asks for a "Subscription Code"

Don't have that. Anyone know what that could be ??

I'm just an individual interested in BES and want to learn more
