Knowing I would't win, I bought it last week. Well the darn thing won't let me put in the letters of my PIN ! and my "trial mode" will expire today or tomorrow. I did not download the trial Version . I have my purchase statement from Crackberry!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so frustrated. I wrote in and Tobias keeps telling me to put in my PIN #! I would if the damn thing accepted it!!!!! CAN U SAY FRUSTRATED!!!!

GREAT APP BY THE WAY! TOO BAD MINE WILL EXPIRE.

Hey CoCog1,

No worries here. If you purchased it last week you can contact customer support. With BlackBerry Apps, the free trials and purchased versions are essentially the same - so when you buy the app up front, it's the same as the free trial until you enter your activation code.

If for some reason your activation code is not working but you already bought the app, just contact customer support or technical support (the developer directly).

Visit www.crackberrysoftwaresupport.com and use the contact form their and the software support team will get back to you. Be sure to include your PIN so they can regenerate your activation code (maybe you entered it incorrectly at checkout?).

Does anyone know why the phone only rings one time and doesn''t continue to ring. How do i fix this?

open the app from OPTIONS look for edit profiles at bottom of page EDIT PROFILES find PHONE and change number of BEEPS from 1 or upto 3...save and done

if you have your status light turned on can you change the color of that?

i know you can change the color of e-mail/message/sms/mms ect.

i was just wondering if your phone is sitting there it can flash blue/yellow/red as the status light

Ok, I ordered this app after testing the Trial Version.

Why does it take so long to get the freaking email? I want to get back to using this app. Totally blows BBAlerts out of the water.

I sent a second email to site support and received a reply. I like how this works and the vibrate and ring at the same time is very nice. The color options are incredible and the bad part is I just got my wife a Storm for and now she wants this app.
