Bell announces the BlackBerry Bold 9900, Torch 9810 and Torch 9860

With leaked documentation aplenty, Bell Mobility has decided to acknowledge the fact they will be releasing the BlackBerry Bold 9900, Torch 9810 and Torch 9860. Although they left out details like release dates and pricing, anyone interested in being notified of availability can sign up to have Bell email them at launch. Plus, you can also win a BlackBerry Bold 9900. Sign up pages are great, but realistically -- we'll have it announced before Bell even gets a chance to send the email off.

They're trying to figure out...
1) How to screw people into giving up their grandfathered unlimited data...
2) How to lockdown GPS so they are forced to use the VZ Navigator...
3) How to lock users into a 10-year contract instead of 2...
4) How to jack the price up to $400 bucks...
And I am a reasonably happy VZW customer for 13 years. However, I see this happening as we speak. They wont announce because they dont know how to lock it down yet.

UGH planning on selling my 9700 and upgraading to the 9900 but when!?!?!!??

My white Bold 9780 has been well maintained with double protection (full body protector+Seido innocase+holster) since day 1. Shouldn't have a scratch on it. Once I get my hands on the T-Mo Bold 9900 it (Bold 9780) is going on eBay. May the best man win (the auction) lol

You are bang on Bla1ze. I used to sign up for these but don't anymore. Always get information first from Crackberry.

I might upgrade my 9800 for the 9810 but only if... Rogers prices are reasonable, I can get it in Red or White, I can sell my Torch 9800 to cover some of the cost.lol
Not holding my breath though.

I called and they said nothing from Rogers Corporate headquarters about it. They suck!

That's why Bell is the best :) ;)

I was with rogers and switched to bell... seriously... better isn't the word. i think the phrase "pick your poison" best suits our carrier choices in canada.

I agree. None of them are that good. I did however hear good things about Wind Mobile. I haven't had a chance to look into it much though

Can someone point out to me where this announcement is on Bell's site? Here are the slides on the homepage:
Samsung Galaxy S II > HTC Sensation 4G > Some best network blah blah blah > iPhone 3GS at $0 > Finally, a white iPhone 4.
