If you're using a BlackBerry 10 smartphone and you have a Beta Zone account, then this one is for you. There is a beta update available for BBM. There isn't much to the update, but it's always nice to see app updates come along.
What's new in BBM beta v10.14.x4?
- Group UI Improvements
- The general discussion chat now displays all group updates and new content added to the group, including lists and calendar entries. Making it easier to keep up-to-date with everything that is happening in your group, and provide easy access to all new content.
- Easily add new lists or calendar events right from the attachment bar in the chat.
- The group profile screen has been updated to provide access to photos, lists, members, and calendar items (tap the group avatar or group name in the header to access the profile).
If you have a BlackBerry Beta Zone account, just open the Beta Zone app on your phone to check for the update. Note that the BBM beta is usually limited, so if you do not see it, then you haven't been selected.

Bridge can now send your BBM messages to Pebble
Bridge, an app that brings Pebble support to BlackBerry 10 users, now supports BBM notifications and it also a now allows Vector smartwatch. If you haven't heard of Bridge before it is a third party Pebble app for BlackBerry 10 users.
Blaq for BlackBerry 10 updated for Beta users
While the official Twitter for BlackBerry 10 app hasn't been updated in months now, the fine folks at Kisai Labs have no problem with keeping Blaq for BlackBerry 10 updates rolling. A new update has arrived in the BlackBerry Beta Zone and is now available to download.
WhatsApp beta for BlackBerry 10 updated with improvements
Although the BlackBerry Beta Zone has been a little wonky the past few days, that hasn't stopped WhatsApp from uploading a new beta release. This time around the change log isn't exactly huge, but it offers some improvements that will need to be tested before fully being rolled out.
