Looks as though AT&T has decided you've waited long enough for the BlackBerry Z10. If you head on over to the AT&T website, you can now place your order for brand new BlackBerry Z10 for only $199 with a new two-year contract.

As noted previously, preorders placed will start arriving as of March 20th and be in-stores as of March 22nd officially though if history is a sign, a few of the devices might sneak out a little bit earlier if you're lucky.

I'd already have placed my order if they offered white, so my wait is just a bit longer. I never even got the AT&T Z10 info even though I signed up on their site for release info. Great job AT&T.

It's THE MOST frustrating thing!? Why the heck have us sign up for the Newsletter and then NEVER receive one until after you have what you wanted and then the newsletters try to sale you on and give you info on a bunch of stuff you couldn't care less about!? SMDH

Honestly, the most exciting thing about this is the "regular" off-contract price. If I'm not mistaken it's been $649 with most carriers in Canada.

What's the off contract price? The mobile pre-order site only shows the 2-year contract price

Placed my order at 11:30 PM EDT. I was told that it would be available for pre-orders starting at midnight but I snuck in early!

The 22nd can't come fast enough! The wait now is going to be painfully slow but it's only a little more than a week now!

Do I have to wait till midnight my local time to order? Tried about a half hour ago (10:00 pm local) and was told phone not in system....

You act like we didn't already know white was going to be exclusive to Verizon... This has been known since BB10 launched at the end of January

when i try to preorder/upgrade, it say early iphone discount is there away around that, there are two ppl on the account me and someone else, the person got a upgrade to iphone 5 last year. i dont care about a iphone, i want my Z10, its there around this early iphone discount??

I think it means that that line doesn't have an upgrade available. I get that on mine too, but a different message on my G/Fs line.

I've had the same issue w/AT&T for well over a year (my son used my upgrade) - and as of yesterday, had contacted customer service (5) times. They acknowledged that I am, in fact, eligible for an upgrade (other than to an iPhone) but apparently don't have the ability to override their own system for pre-orders. The rep suggested that I call back when the phone is actually available (n March 22nd) - at which point they can override the system and process the order. Needless to say, that won't do me any good if the phone is sold out - so I'll be paying a visit to a local store on the 21st...just in case.

Bla1ze preorders start arriving on the 20th? Are you sure? I haven't seen that anywhere. Please confirm as I was just planning on getting one at the store but if I can get it 2 days early I would pre order.

Err if you click on the link it says right there:
"Your BlackBerry Z10 will be shipped on March 20, 2013." - I assume it would arrive at your door around the same as the in-store date of Mar 22?

On site it says "Your BlackBerry Z10 will be shipped on March 20, 2013." So it may not arrive until March 22nd. No sooner than those buying at the store.

If you don't want to be left out, you should pre-order in case they're sold out. I have a feeling Z10 will be sold out and you'll have to wait.

Yep. I am livid! And I can't figure out if we can get it in store on the 22nd or what. As usual, Chat person knew nothing. Grrrr.

I'm a Premier customer and I'm in the same boat. I'm going try calling my order in. Ughhhhhhhhh.

AT&T Premiere here as well. No dice. I called and they issued a 5-7 day ticket to figure it out. I am not on contract so I will probably just have to pick it up on release day in store. Basically they have released pre-orders to new regular customers and upgrading regular customers. Shouldn't a Blackberry be released to business customers first, generally?!

You would think, as that's the way that T-Mobile did it (for all seven of their business customers!).

Is anyone else having issues on the AT&T site? When I click on Pre_Order, it takes me to my account webpage, but it does not show the Z10 as an option!! Very frustrated!!

I saw it in the list, but I get an error when trying to add a new data plan (I have a grandfathered unlimited plan). Person on the chat told me to wait a few hours and try again, as it's so new and it's still updating in their system. Take that for what it's worth.

Wow and wow!  Got screwed.  Could not pre-order for some reason.  From 12 until now.  Now, it's not even showing as being available.

I'll be at Best Buy tomorrow morning to pre-order. The wait has been killing me. My Canadian sales team came to visit our US office last week and couple of them had the Z10 from Rogers. I miss my White 9900 & this GS3 sucks ass. Thank god it was given to me for free last summer.

Too bad AT&T only has the Z10 available for NEW customers!! what about the existing customers!!.. too hard for AT&T to set up pre-orders for upgrades.. and the Chat Representative has no idea how to get it done for me... great...

Eagerly waiting to see T-Mobile's release then I fully intend to bark up the customer loyalty/I may just shop around tree and see if they can hook me up with one a bit cheaper than retail but with no contract. Yes I know, good luck rite?

I'll probably end up waiting until the eBay prices go down. I hate contracts, they put you at the carriers mercy...certainly not a place I like to be.

199+375 ETF is only $574... and thats only if u terminate 1 day past the return policy date... the ETF gets cheaper as you go further into the contract... so y not just get a contract... plus.... if its your main line that is doing the upgrade.. AT&T only requires 18-21 months for instead of 24 months for your next upgrade.

Great news!!!! Unfortunately I can't preorder online since my upgrade eligibility on current contract is still 4 months away. :(
But the AT&T rep said, "Early upgrade options are available at a local AT&T store or Customer Care department at 1-800-331-0500. A rep in either department will be able to assist you with prices for the phone to get you a phone sooner."
I'll hit up those guys ASAP and see if they can deliver some good news.

Team Crackberry like you guys even I want BB10 to do great all over the world. India is a huge market and I feel BBs attitude towards it does not make sense.. Guys in place like India where z10 is launch I see not even a single newspaper ad or a TV ad. Sony Xperia has done and so has samsung and apple. Does BB think they can sell in India just like that. Also not sure why the MD Sunil Dutt resigned. Brand Blackberry is huge in India and many Indians atleast 1 million can buy a Z10 just like that even if its the most expensive phone out there. Please convey this to the CMO that till date not even a single ad has been seen in newspaper nor TV. How will Indians know its a WOW phone without any TV ads. Instead of wasting money on "Keep Moving" project please spend some wise marketing money for such things.

Since I have a premier account, grandfathered unlimited data, I can not get this phone. I have to be a new customer so that they can charge me the high rates. I already chatted on live help, useless. They won't transfer and I can't upgrade to this phone unless I want to lose my unlimited data. Att is sucking hard right now

Be patient and just buy it in store on release day. I doubt you will lose your grandfathered plan. The only way you're going to lose that is if you switch to a shared data plan in order to do BBM Video chat, which they're only allowing on those shared, non-unlimited plans.

Crackberry, are you following these comments?? Please do a follow up article exposing how orders are not going through and preventing sales. I see only about 5 posts saying someone's order was successful, and at least three times that many saying it doesn't work, and customer service doesn't know anything to help.

The idiots at AT&T failed at any point and time to mention that only individual consumers can pre-order the Z10. AT&T business accounts cannot pre-order. They have no explanation as to why, but can't take the pre-orders. What BS!

Can't order online or through customer service being on phone for 30 minutes !!! Online is throwing an error and customer care is referring back to att.com !!!

I have a AT&T Premier account as well. I actually chatted with an online representative that deals with online preorders after midnight. He told me that you can preorder as a new customer and when you receive your phone you would need to call customer service and they will link the Z10 to your current account and you won't lose any features on your current plan. That's the only option you have at this point to preorder now. I hope this helps.

If you have some sort of corporate discount AT&T automatically converts your account to a premier account, pre-orders are currently working for new users and users who never merged their normal account with the premier service. Those who have premier will have to wait untill march 22nd launch. If your contract is up ad you dont mind having a new number you can just create a new account and receive a new number by choosing the new customer option, with previous device releases never had this issue.

Tried online repeatedly without success. Chatted with online agent, no cigar. Called Premier services, nothing, transfered to another department - "sorry not available yet". Surprise when i ask my sister that works for best buy mobile ...she had no clue they went on preorder. Smh they should really spread the word to the other employees .

I got into AT&T's website about 9pm PST last night and ordered mine, switching from VZW to ATT, cant wait for the 22nd now. :D

I went to ATT website and it says if pre-order today will receive it on the 20th. However, since I am a Premier customer didn't get fill. I guest I have to wait.

Ordered mine at 12:24 this morning, shortly after returning home from work. I am switching from a BlackBerry Storm2 on Verizon.

I am hoping AT&T doesn't suck for (minimally) 3G coverage - I often work in spots inside of buildings that even Verizon cannot penetrate - but, as it is a unionized carrier and I work for a union, and am in a union, I think it is the right thing to do, and besides I get a discount.

I think the whole point of the AT&T pre-order was not to give their customers an early crack at the Z10... it was purely intended to steal customers from other carriers...

In that case, it worked for me. If Verizon had been first, despite my "principled" stand (two posts above), I'd still be a Verizon customer.

Ordered mine this morning. Unfortunately had to give up my old data plan but no other choice (unless I wanted to spend $500 or $600 outright for the phone). Been waiting for this phone for some time. Any want a used but in excellent condition, 9900?

If you have only had your old Blackberry for one year, you can not upgrade for the $199 price like you have been able to in the past. You used to be able to sign a new 2 year contract and and get the $199 price....now they are saying full retail only.

Denied because of Premier status. So what's the big deal with being Premier, in this case it hurts.

And of course this may be another opportunity for the media to blitz and say there isn't a strong demand in the US for the 'new BlackBerry'. When you deny existing customers from the pre-order opportunity of course it may appear that way.

Stop playing games ATT, systems do what we tell them to do so make it work for everyone to get a damn device!

I have a question, In order to get the Z10, Do I have to give up my Unlimited data plan? I have to say that's not cool...

I hope this works. I called ATT service at 611 on my phone. Customer service rep told me to take phone before activating it directly to ATT Store -Note not a reseller or an authorized dealer for activation. He attached a note to my account and texted me his customer service. ID. as well as statement about grandfathering my unlimited plan. He actually was very helpful and said not to take no for an answer when activating. He actually hadn't heard anything about the Z10 release and wanted to know more about the phone.

Yep...figured out after several hours of trying and phone calls that since I have a corporate discount (not company issued phone), this makes my account Premier and therefore not eligible for pre-order. They need to fix this ASAP.

Companies always seem to treat new customers better than current customers. Basically, they offer better deals to new customers so they switch from the competition. Comcast is a pro at this. However, I can play this little game too! I guess I'm switching to T-Mobile ;).

AT&T took business pre-orders for the iPhone launch, a device that is definitely a consumer device. Yet, they won't take business orders for the Z10, where Blackberry devices have always been solidly entrenched in the corporate world. No logic in this one at all.

Confirmed. Premier customers are being treated as 2nd class. I went through so many levels of phone "supervisors" that I was told there was np one else to talk to. No Answers, no guarantees. No appreciation for 20 years of loyalty. Thanks for your money, sucker. Now go away, because we are busy taking orders for people who have not paid our bills for 20 years. Not good business.

I dropped my discount by calling customer service. Then I was able to order online. But I'm grandfathered in on the unlimited plan. The CSR told me she would make extensive notes that I would be calling in as soon as I get the phone, fingers crossed. Because the print out of my final order even shows:

I tried to upgrade, but couldn't work through the system. I chatted with a rep who claimed to be a real person but seemed as useless as a poorly programed piece of customer service software.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I registered my email as interested in the Z10 and never heard anything from AT&T. They have a list of people who want to buy their new phone and managed to not contact us? I'll visit a local store next week and hope that works better.

No upgrade path is on the website. Your told to call them instead. Premier member should just wait for the phone to be launched and then upgrade. GO BUY ACCESSORIES INSTEAD!

If calling them did any good, I would not be leaving any messages here. I would be off getting something productive done. I am done calling them. This is now costing me more money in lost sales time than it's worth. They have my number, and I am not holding my breath.

Ordered..Expected to ship 20th. My local AT&T retailer (Prime Mobile with stores in umpteen states) will NOT have the phones on the 22nd... their inventory matches up well with their local personnel.

Finally it's rolling out in the US. This is one of the most important markets for app developers so the sales cannot start soon enough.

Same crap here! Phone is not available for premier account holders?? Nice, Isn't BB10 a business phone? So the business accounts have to wait? Bunch of BS!

ORDERED today! Switched from Sprint to AT&T. Mixed feelings about leaving Sprint. Kinda like those old shoes that are trashed that you don't want to throw away because they are so comfortable. lol. Well shame on Sprint for forcing folks hands that wanted the Z10.

I ALSO could not PRE-ORDER due to being a PREMIER customer!!! VERY disappointed!!! I am an AT&T customer since 2003 (Cingular) and after speaking with customer service, all they said was that it would be unavailable via Premier until the 22nd!! D:

Went to my local AT&T store today to place a pre-order and their response was, "What, you can preorder now? I didn't know that." Hmmmmmmmmm. They obviously are not up to speed and looked at me like I had 3 heads.

AT&T is not allowing pre-orders for the BlackBerry Z10 from Enterprise and Premier customers who comprise the segment of the market which is more likely to prefer the Z10 over other smartphones. Sometimes I wonder if AT&T executives sit around to discuss passive-aggressive ways to harm RIM/BlackBerry.

ATT customer service just told me that there is a known problem with pre-ordering on the AT&T site. I am not a Premier account holder and am eligible for an upgrade from my Torch 9810. Went to the website, signed in, clicked on "upgrade" went through the process of finding the Z10 on the catalog page, clicked "Plade PreOrder", got a screen that said orders would be shipped on March 20, FCFS, etc, clicked on continue and was routed to a page that said my upgrade could not be completed online.

Customer service said that b/c Bberry and AT&T set it up so that you can only pre-order online, they have no way to manually put my upgrade pre-order in. They opened a ticket with the website support people and are supposed to reach out to me to correct this in 3 biz days or less. The CSR said this is impacting all pre-orders, not just upgrade orders (I'm a tad bit skeptical about this).

I've never been a Bberry basher, but have to say "way to go, Blackberry and AT&T -- can't load the gun fast enough to keep shooting yourselves in the foot!".

Done, finally! What an ordeal to pre order a phone, but I did it and now just wait for it ship. But waiting we know!

Saw AlKuqo's post-I'm in the same situation w/AT&T in CA. Did the chat thing with an AT&T rep for the last two days-no go. Signed up for the AT&T BBZ10 pre order alerts-no go. No love from AT&T though I've been with them since 1999. Just another paying customer. The BB wait continues...

I placed my order at 3am. 3 hours after att posted preorder availability. I've been in and out of the att stores playing with all of their phones and ios along with android just don't cut it. Nothing beats my bold. Although blackberry has been overhauled from the ground up, I have no doubt they will provide me with the security and multi tasking I've become reliant on. It makes life much easier is a crazy world. Apps will come with support. Thanks, crackberry. keep up the good work.

No. If you order on line, you will not be given the choice for 'current' data plan. You have to select another data plan to get the system to allow you to move forward. I chatted with several Reps and this was the only fix. Once you get the phone, you should either call in or go into an ATT store and tell them you want to retain your unlimited data plan before you activate the phone. The Reps told me they would do this 'no problem'... I saved my chat logs just in case...but seems they are aware of this on line ordering glitch!...

Just bought an Unlocked version of Z10... I'd rather Keep my unlimited data plan... Phone will be here on saturday!!!

Stopped by my local ATT store last night to ask about the Z10 arrival. The young man that helped me wasn't even sure. Told me he they had not had the "class" on the Z10 and new very little. ( Honesty is refreshing from a sales assoc.) He then told me two employees had been assigned working Z10 in the store to get the hang of them. He went over to another employee and returned with a Z10 in hand !. Great to actually hold one ! I started telling him about some of the features which he knew nothing about. I told him I would be back when they open next friday.

I pre ordered my Z10 today. I'm so excited. Att had a sample phone and I got to hold it and take a sneak peak at the phone. I love it.
