If you're thinking "Oh, just another Angry Birds game" then think again as Angry Birds Transformers is very much different to the original Angry Birds and it's many sequels.
This one doesn't focus on the classic catapult action that we're so used to with Angry Birds, which I think is a nice move from developers Rovio. If you ever played Major Mayhem, that we featured back in August 2013, there is a strong resemblance. That's a good thing as Mayor Mayhem kicked butt on all mobile platforms and now Angry Birds Transformers is free to download from the Amazon Appstore!
If you checked out the above video you would have seen that things appear fairly basic. I only got a few levels in before deciding to shoot the quick demo, but as you can see from the full list of features below, there is a ton of variation within the game.
Features include:
COLLECT! Unlock a roster of heroes (and villains) with unique attacks and abilities!
DESTROY! Leave the slingshot at home – this time you have some SERIOUS firepower!
VEHICLES! Oh, yes! Car, truck, tank or plane – transform to dodge falling hazards!
UPGRADES! Get stronger weapons and new abilities for every Transformer!
TAG TEAM! Borrow a friend's character to unleash a devastating two-bot assault!
TELEPODs! Scan 'em to unlock, revive or boost your bots!
If you are lucky enough to have the BlackBerry Passport or P'9983 then you'll have the Amazon Appstore pre-loaded. If you are new to BlackBerry 10 we have full instructions in the following link:

We go hands on with Angry Birds Star Wars for BlackBerry 10 - Ca-Caw!
Everyone likes a bit of Angry Birds don't they? I do, so I was pretty pumped to see Angry Birds Star Wars pop up in BlackBerry World for BlackBerry 10. We told you just the other day that it had arrived so we thought we would show just how good it looks on the BlackBerry Z10. At the London launch earlier in the week they had on of the chaps from Rovio up on stage and as well as the Star...
