i havent received any emails in the last 3 hours on Tmobile ....

I have gmail pushed to my Bold, and my first thought was that gmail was down again. Then I checked my gmail on the PC and it was fine. I'm just glad to know my device is okay...whew!

I'm glad it didn't affect my BES. Also, as a surprise, gmail seems to work.

This doesn't even effect me.

Remember this is close to the date that RIM was supposed to change the BIS email to include some upgrades. THis is gonna have something to do with that I am sure.

Nope, no emails through BIS in AZ.

I first noticed issues with BIS yesterday. I was trying to send service books but it would not let me log in. I figured it was AT&T and their recently released/yanked .297 OS but I guess not! I literally just finished downgrading to the hybrid .282 and BIS just came back up. I did a service books send and the next thing you know a flood of emails came to my phone.

Let's just hope this was a hiccup.

I have Verizon and the Storm. I have not been receiving e-mail all afternoon either. As someone previously posted, I can send e-mail but cannot receive them. I have not tried BBM. I am in Miami, Florida.

No goddamn emails since 3Pm here in NYC on VZW. Just the day too, selling stuff in my apt before a move and now cant communicate.

Getting my emails late. About 2 hrs. after they've been sent. I know because I emailed myself something and didn't get it until just now! Used my vzw and bb email. Very odd and frustrating!

Just received a bunch of emails from earlier in the day about 20mins ago (EST). On Verizon with the Storm in Ann Arbor, MI. Internet seemed to be working though, oddly enough..

Just got 3 emails that were sent a few hrs ago. And more that I have been told were coming my way 30 minutes ago still have not hit my phone when usually it hits my phone within 10 seconds.

AT&T in MN and no emails. I also have had problems for that last few days with my work email password having to be reset several times a day. Never had that happen before.

When I try to call my mobile number it goes straight to voicemail. As if my phone is completely off the network.

It's been like this since around 10:45 AM PST this morning. Hasn't worked all day.

I was wondering why my email disappeared from my phone earlier when I added my school account. Just a little while ago it came back up so I think the BIS servers might be coming back up again

Bis has been a bit spotty for me thelast 2 days. You lose inter time to time and today I've been getting double email and strange text messeges when someone leaves me voicemail. I'm on ATT os 167 now and I was on 301 yesterday thinking that was the problem.

i received my emails at 4:08PM and 4:09PM. The first email that came at 4:08PM on my device actually arrived at 12:34PM in my google apps gmail.

i have an email arriving at 4:45PM in google apps, but still hasnt been pushed to my device. its now 5:10pm.

Same problem at CLARO DR (service provider), lot of delayed, some of them never gets to my message box.

I was resending the service book like crazy trying to figure it out...feel so stupid now.

Last e-mail I didn't receive was 3 hours ago on T-mobile.
I just e-mailed my tmo.blackberry.net address, and no e-mqail yet :(
Browser, and BBM work just fine.

That explains why I'm not receiving craigslist emails. Thought it was a problem with craigslist. I'm still receiving emails from gmail and my work emails, though. Just my alltel.blackberry.com address isn't working.

Like everyone else, my BB email server has been down since 12:30pm PST also. However, I have the Gmail Mobile App installed on the BB and it is working fine! ... maybe a quick fix solution for those on POP email until they get the BIS server back up...

Carbondale illinois area on verizon wireless is having about a 90 min delay.

I have def noticed my facebook notifications coming in almost hours later, which they obviously go through your email. Other than that, I haven't got any new mail today to know if they are being affected getting to my blackberry anyways..

I noticed the delay today but thought nothing of it really. I did a battery pull and then found the blog to explain the delay. I am getting my emails, they are just 1 hr late.

and I have been receiving some emails with a delay..the way I fix that is by sending the same email twice or send another one to my device and one or both of them will arrive.

I was lagging last night in e-mails. I recieved one (via computer) around 9pm, didn't get it 'till near 2am last night! Ouch.

Mine was out for a couple of hours. No big deal, all I had were a few delayed Facebook notifications - definitely not a life or death situation.

I did several email setups and they didn't work. Finally called Sprint a half hour ago and they said BB's having an outage.

Nothing on my Storm or Tour as far as emails or Facebook. BBM's are so delayed i've just been texting those people instead which seems to be working. I have Verizon for both and just drove from North Jersey to the Shore.

BIS Outage didn't cross my mind until I read this. I wasn't receiving AOL or Yahoo emails for four hours but all seems to be working now. I'm on AT&T in Jersey.

Bummer I called them very early in the downtime and they had no idea it was down. When they found out they told me 2 hours and it was 6. It's probably good for work/life balance but I live on my BB, so it hurt.

Is it normal to receive e-mails from company e-mail account (using BIS) with 3-5 min delay? Because e-mails from Gmail are received immediately. T-Mobile Czech republic.

Well I don't know if I'm the odd one out, but I have a Storm on Verizon and my e-mail is a bit slow getting to the device but it was never "not working".

I am still having issues with email. By now it is asking me to validate my gmail account since it can not connect. When I try to validate on the phone, I get another error. Called ATT and the guy was clueless. (Why am I not surprised?) He asked me to log into att.blackberry.com to validate the email. When I logged in, it still wouldn't validate. (Screen also said that ALL of me email addresses were unvalidated.) THEN he checks to see if there is an outage and tells me it is still out. So apparently ATT (PA) is still having issues.

getting my mail now, but a noticable delay still exists. Much better than yesterday though

I have noticed that I don't get regular emails during the day and then at around 10 pm, I start getting a lot them in succession. Some of them showed a sent time that was 3 hours previous. VZW in NJ is my carrier/location. Only started about a week ago.

I'm new here, this is my second month with my BB and this is the second outage... ouch!!

My e-mail was out for about 2.5 hours yesterday as far as I could tell. From around 4:30 - 7:00 EST on the Rogers network.

Still out on T-Mobile here in New York City...
