Marco Gallo, the developer behind Metal Pixels and Nostalgia recently updated this unique social messaging application Air Messages. Air Messages utilizes geospatial, or location based, messaging to allow individuals all over the world to communicate.

The application received a small update, which is now available in BlackBerry World to download. One of the more salient aspects of this update is Air Messages switched from being free to a paid application. A change was necessary to sustain the cloud server costs and to give BlackBerry 10 users the best experience .

Air Messages is now $2.99 to purchase from BlackBerry World. In addition, the developer has expanded who can download this application by porting it over to Google Play. Now BlackBerry Priv owners are able to participate in this unique messaging service as well.
