It says there are 40 college themes, however, I can only see Ten. What's going on?

edit: Nevermind, the reason is because there are only 10 out of the 40 available for the Storm.

I went to a school with 30K+ and two national championships. Not only is the theme not available, it isn't even on the request list! No GT, Michigan or OSU? What?
